Victories are a Montreal pop-punk band built for everyone who grew up on the genre and never quite grew out of it. Since their March 2025 debut they've done what most independent bands only dream about: gone from zero to 26,000 monthly Spotify listeners, 68,000 total listeners, and over 200,000 streams in under a year and a half, with no label, no manager, and no machine, just relentless work and songs that connect.
Their music lands somewhere between A Day To Remember's weight, New Found Glory's hooks, and Neck Deep's heart, but the lyrics are pure elder-emo honesty: mental health, nostalgia, growing up without ever feeling grown. Lead single “C U L8R (alligator)” has been Shazam'd more than 2,200 times, the sound of a song quietly finding people in the wild.
Recorded with producer Kyle Marchant (Bearings, Arm's Length) at Room 21 Studios in Toronto, their run of 2026 singles has earned 650+ radio spins, 11,500+ user-playlist adds, and a support slot with Faber Drive this fall, all while being famously rejected from Warped Tour 2026, a snub they've chosen to take personally and wear proudly.
Their newest swing is their most unhinged and most sincere yet: “I'm a Swiftie Too,” a completely earnest pop-punk love letter to being a Swiftie, out July 3. The band picked the date months in advance. They later learned it's also the reported date of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding at Madison Square Garden. Victories had nothing to do with the timing and have made their peace with the coincidence. The official music video arrives July 7.
It's a bit. It's also not a bit. That's the whole point of Victories.
